This survey will ask you mostly multiple-choice questions, with a few short answers, about your use of generative AI in your undergraduate experience. These questions are brief and easy to answer. This survey is 100% anonymous; no names or identifying details are collected. Your responses will not affect your academic performance, standing, or grade. The goal of this survey is to get a better idea of students' use, or lack thereof, of generate AI, with special attention to differences across departments, class years, and majors. Analyzed results of this survey will be made available later in the semester via an anonymized, summarized report.
