Fit Club updates!

Indoor cycling with Danielle begins on Sept 9th at 11AM! Our Pilates (with Nikki), Yoga (with Courtney), and Strength + Movement (with Erika) classes are already going strong! And on Sept 17th, we will launch a brand new class called Strength + Balance, that features exercises to focus on getting you stronger and developing your core. Please join our new instructor Priscilla for this class! See our website for the calendar and all class details. Fit Club classes are open to all staff, faculty, students, and alumnae/i. No registration needed.
