Passover is coming up, and the Kosher Kitchen (as part of the school’s Impact Center) will again be organizing community meals throughout the week that will be available to any students observing Passover. As always, the Kosher Kitchen is a school-run space open to all Jewish students, regardless of affiliation or group, and we are very excited to see everyone! Anyone who wants to enter or cook in the KoKi MUST attend a Passover-specific training beforehand. The upcoming trainings take place in the Well and will be: Friday, March 27 at 3pm Sunday, March 29 at 6pm There will be a grab-and-go table with fruits, veggies, and other items to grab and go outside of the kitchen available for all students who want Passover food regardless of training. If you do not go to a training, you will not be allowed to prepare your own food during breakfast and lunch and can only take food from the table outside during the daytime. Breakfast and lunch will be free-for-alls: people with training may prepare food themselves (heat up leftovers, cook eggs, matzo pizza, etc.). Community dinners will be prepared each night by student volunteers. Although the volunteer cooks / clean-up people must have kitchen training, these dinners welcome everyone to come eat Passover food regardless of training. We will need people to sign up to cook, as well as RSVP for the meals you intend to join so we can get a rough headcount. Whether you want to cook, clean, or RSVP for meals, please indicate it all on this mega-form!
