For the upcoming fall semester, the Tri-Co Philly Program will offer financial support for faculty to engage with Philadelphia and enrich the curricular content of a class by facilitating student experiences in the city. The program offers grants of up to $1,500. Grants can cover the cost of a course-enriching experience in the city: e.g. a play, a trip to a research lab, a performance, a visit to a neighborhood/organization/site, or admission to a museum or collaboration with an organization.
The brief application is due Monday, August 10, 2026, 11:59 pm. Applicants will be notified whether or not they will receive funding by Monday, August 17. We prioritize the use of public transportation, but recognize that isn’t always practical or possible.
