Breaking Barriers is seeking first-generation faculty and staff to attend the first annual First-Generation Celebration Week Dinner on 11/04 at 5 PM (location TBA). A first-generation college student is generally defined as a person whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) did not complete a four-year bachelor's degree. The dinner will bring first-gen faculty/staff and students together for an evening of conversation and shared wisdom about the lived experience of first-gen graduates.
