As part of the programming for Sexual Assault Awareness Month, this series hopes to offer new coping skills for students, staff, and faculty, specifically after experiencing a trauma but open to anyone wanting to learn a new crafting skill to help with other mental health concerns and stressors. Prior experience not required!
