Career+Civic: Social Justice and Advocacy Meet Up

Feb 22
6:00pm - 7:30pm
On Campus Event - Campus Center, Main Lounge

Join us for a networking event about opportunities in social justice-oriented roles in and around Philadelphia. We will host organizations who offer full time positions, year-of-service positions, and internship opportunities to meet with you and discuss your goals. This event is designed to give students valuable insight into the diversity of careers one can undertake with a social justice lens. Organization representatives will share their knowledge and information about their own career paths and will let students know of any opportunities available to work in their organizations.

Stay tuned as we will regularly update this list with participating organizations. Participating organizations include:

  • ACLU of Pennsylvania
  • Artist Year
  • Girls Inc.
  • GO Foundation
  • Juntos
  • Maternity Care Coalition
  • Neighbors Helping Neighbors on the Main Line
  • PA Prison Society
  • PHENND (Philadelphia Higher Education Network for Neighborhood Development)
