GIS Day is an annual celebration of mapping and geospatial technologies. This year, Bryn Mawr's event will feature a presentation from Hamil Pearsall (Professor of Geography, Environment, and Urban Studies, Temple U.): "Can we have community-engaged machine learning? Developing a model to map Gentrification in Philadelphia." Following the keynote, students from Bryn Mawr will showcase projects related to GIS and spatial visualization. The event will close with a panel of Bi-Co faculty showcasing the uses of mapping across the disciplines. Please join us to learn about exciting geographic research happening at the College and beyond! \
