Tuesday, February 17 at 6 PM and 7 PM 6 PM: Mindfulness talk by double bassist Keenan Zach, who will give a public talk on Mindfulness in advance of his recital at 7 PM. This talk, "Discover Feeling Tone," focuses on a mindful approach to noticing the subtle interplay of emotion and bodily sensation in creative practice. Learn how this awareness deepens artistic resonance and inspires authentic emotional expression. Concert at 7 PM: Music & Conversation with Keenan Zach, double bass and Arta Jēkabsone, voice. Experience a joyful blend of improvisation, folk traditions, and original jazz as Keenan and Arta unite sound and emotion. Their duo performance invites listeners into a warm, intimate world shaped by shared musical chemistry.
