Eat dinner with us at Erdman and experience a menu created with one of the most versatile ingredients in the world...chocolate does salty just as well as it does sweet!
On the menu:
- Chocolate covered bacon
- Chocolate coffee rubbed steak with coconut ricotta ravioli with dark chocolate sauce
- Dark chocolate balsamic roasted carrots
- Brussels sprouts with dark chocolate sauce
- Dark chocolate turbans with fresh berries
