Renaissance Choir Concert "In Winter Cold"
The Bryn Mawr Renaissance Choir will perform a free concert consisting of seasonally-appropriate renaissance music, including a serenade to a goose (Lassus), a setting of Aesop’s “The Ant and the Grasshopper” fable (Byrd), the chill of unrequited love (Dowland and Morley), the Christmas holiday (Victoria and Praetorius), and more - all in the grand acoustic of the Great Hall. This is the first concert under new director Graham Bier, and involves a special guest conductor for one of the songs.
Bryn Mawr College welcomes the full participation of all individuals in all aspects of campus life. Should you wish to request a disability-related accommodation for this event, please contact the event sponsor/coordinator. Requests should be made as early as possible.
