This year's Staff Picnic will take place on Monday, June 5 in the Sunken Garden (behind Wyndham). In the event of rain, we will move to New Dorm Dining Hall. During the picnic, the winners of the staff McPherson Award will be announced, service pins will be distributed, and lunch will be provided.

The schedule of the events is as follows:

  • Lunch: 12-2 p.m.
  • Awards: 1-2 p.m.

Staff are given two hours of paid release time to attend this get-together. Dining Services and Campus Safety staff who work during this time are eligible for premium pay.
