Take Back the Night Vigil
Bryn Mawr Health & Wellness and Title IX, along with the Haverford Office of Health & Wellbeing and Haverford Survivor Collective will host a Take Back the Night vigil in the plaza of The Well on Wednesday, April 29th at 6 pm. We invite you to join us for this vigil to honor those who have lost their lives and reflect on the impact of sexual violence and rape culture in our society. The event will include an optional group art project for creative expression and support.
A survivor speak-out will follow the Vigil at Haverford, beginning 8:00 pm at Founders Hall. Haverford vans will be available at the Blue Bus stop near Pem Arch at 7:30 to bring students who would like to attend the speak-out to Haverford. Vans will pick up students at Haverford to return to Bryn Mawr at approximately 9:30, after the speak-out. Students are also welcome to take the Blue Bus.
Bryn Mawr College welcomes the full participation of all individuals in all aspects of campus life. Should you wish to request a disability-related accommodation for this event, please contact the event sponsor/coordinator. Requests should be made as early as possible.
