You need to make sure you are first logged into BMC webmail/email for DUO authentication. Then open a new tab and visit: https://brynmawr.medicatconnect.com/home.aspx)

Checking-in for Counseling Appointments and Groups
Plan to check in 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment
- Make sure you are logged into your BMC webmail/email for DUO authentication. Then open a new tab and visit: https://brynmawr.medicatconnect.com/home.aspx)
- Check in to your selected appointment and complete any pending paperwork.
- Once you are done checking in, click on "Messages" in the Patient Portal to view a secure message with the Zoom Meeting ID.
Again, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the checking in process. Our providers cannot let you in the Zoom room until you are done checking in.
