Glenn arrived at Bryn Mawr in 2014 after previous pre-health advising roles at three other institutions. Born and raised in the Midwest, he went to Maine for college, graduating from Colby College with a degree in English and Creative Writing. He went on to receive his M.A. and Ph.D. in English from the University of Virginia, turning to a career in academic advising in 2000.
He lives in a small town on the banks of the Delaware River, where favorite pastimes include running and cycling along the towpath. On the weekends when he is not cheering at his son’s soccer games, Glenn is in New York City, where his partner is raising two kids of his own.
