Biography
As the assistant director for the STEM in the Liberal Arts program, Kelsey Obringer oversees the day-to-day operations of the program and, in this newly created role, has been working to build-out the program’s offerings and presence on campus. She has an extensive background in higher education that started at the University of Delaware, where she managed the Ronald E. McNair Scholars program, a federally funded TRIO program for first-generation, limited-income, underrepresented students. While at Delaware, she also taught courses and worked with Undergraduate Academic Services. Kelsey started at Bryn Mawr in January 2022 after her time at Johns Hopkins University.
Kelsey Obringer received a PhD in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Delaware, where she studied food politics, political activism, and embodiment.
