Biography
My research involves the use of sedimentary and geochemical approaches to solve paleobiological problems. In particular, my past work explored how changes in oceanic environments have contributed to mass extinctions and major diversification events in the history of life. More recently, I've been trying to better understand how ancient fossil reefs can help us predict the fate of modern coral reefs.
