For Faculty and Staff
Regularly scheduled campus deliveries to offices are suspended. Faculty and staff may pick up mail and packages at the mailroom window in the Campus Center. Window hours are 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m, Monday through Friday; closed weekends. Mailroom staff may be able to deliver upon request. Please call ext. 7336 if you would like to arrange a delivery.
The campus post office will forward mail and packages that arrive here for you upon request throughout the duration of remote learning. Please email your forwarding request to firstname.lastname@example.org, and include the following:
- Your name and box number
- The sender's name/company (e.g., Target, Amazon, etc.)
- The tracking number, if available
Mail and packages will be forwarded to the address on file in BiONiC. By default, this is your home address. If you'll be staying somewhere other than your home address, please enter your forwarding information in BiONiC. Look for "Forwarding Address" in the Student Center in BiONiC. Follow the link to the left for complete instructions on entering your forwarding address.
Letters and packages that arrive through the U.S. Post Office will be forwarded through the post office. Packages that arrive via UPS, Fedex and other private carriers will be forwarded via UPS. You must request forwarding service individually for each letter or package. You will continue to receive the usual emails as incoming packages are processed; you can forward these emails to email@example.com if you want that package forwarded.
If you are staying on campus, you can continue to pick up your mail and packages as usual in the Campus Center. The window will be open weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The window will be closed weekends.
Mail is delivered, sorted, and placed into mailboxes the day it arrives. Package pickup, stamp sales and other mail services are available at the mailroom window. Only cash or personal checks will be accepted for payment
