Gift Planning Associate
Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a Gift Planning Associate.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Gift Planning, the Gift Planning Associate provides administrative support to one or more professionals in the Office of Gift Planning. Manages all office and communications operations, reporting, and accountability to internal and external constituencies. Responsibilities include the coordination and administration of life income gifts and bequests, including the preparation of gift proposals, associated legal documents, reports and correspondence. Maintains charitable state solicitation registrations renewal process and compliance. Assists with the coordination of the Gift Planning marketing and communications plan.
Bachelor’s degree required along with three to five years’ minimum relevant office administration experience, preferably in fundraising with a knowledge of gift planning vehicles. Must excel in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience working in a database and/or CRM; familiarity with RENXT and PGCalc software helpful.
