Program Assistant

Bryn Mawr College is accepting applications for a Program Assistant in The Impact Center for Community, Equity and Understanding.

THE POSITION

Playing an important role on The Impact Center for Community, Equity, and Understanding team, the Program Coordinator will provide administrative and data support to The Impact Center.  Using a variety of project management, communication, and organizational skills, the Program Assistant supports a team of Student Life administrators, programs, and projects.  The Program Assistant must be detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.

The Program Coordinator will support six administrators, manage calls and emails, maintain budgets, hire and supervise students, maintain websites and social media accounts, administer email list serves, provide organizational and event support.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and two years relevant experience.  Experience with Microsoft Office suite, databases, web content management systems, Zoom videoconferencing, online ordering and record keeping software, and demonstrated ability to learn to use PeopleSoft, GRAM, and E-Market software.  Should have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

Some evenings and weekends are required.
