Philadelphia’s Old City Walking Tour

Join the Department of Transnational Italian Studies for a field trip to Philadelphia’s Old City to explore buildings, monuments, and arts inspired by classical antiquity and Italian architecture. The event is organized within Professor Luca Zipoli's course "Philadelphia the Global City: The Italian Legacy across Time" (ITAL B240) and is open to all the students enrolled in the class. The walking tour is led by Professor Luca Zipoli with the special participation of Professor Jeffrey Cohen (Growth and Structure of Cities).

Start time and location: 12:30 pm at Independence Hall (520 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19106).

The event is co-sponsored by the Department of Growth and Structure of Cities, and by the Tri-Co Philly Program.
