WEW: Managing Anxiety in College
"What is anxiety? How can I manage it?" These and other questions will be answered as we discuss dealing with anxiety, particularly as a college student in the context of midterms and approaching finals. Various self-care tips as well as resources provided by Bryn Mawr College will be shared. We hope to create a safe place where any questions or concerns can be brought up.
This event is being held as a part of Wellness Education Week (WEW), organized by the Health Center Advisory Board SGA committee.
