Reunion General Information

On-Campus Accommodations

Every year, dorm(s) go offline in the summer for necessary annual maintenance. As a result, this year, there will be more dorms than usual unavailable for Reunion 2024. As a reminder, housing is first come, first serve. If you are interested in staying on campus, please register early.

Thursday housing in the dorms is available on a first come, first serve basis to support our long-distance travelers. There is no formal programming Thursday. While all alumnae/i are welcome at Reunion, Thursday night housing is only available for alumnae/i celebrating a Reunion (classes ending in 4's and 9's).

Dormitory accommodations are available Friday and Saturday nights. Individual dorm rooms do not lock, please leave your valuables at home. Dorms open at 10 a.m. Friday and close at Noon on Sunday.

Class dorms will not be announced until after registration closes in May. Room assignments are made in the dorm assigned to your class, as space permits. Preference for rooms is given to those with special needs and very young children in order of the date by which we receive your registration.

Rooms include a pillow, bed linens, blankets and two full-body but smaller towels. Guests must bring everything else. All beds are singles, there are shared (mostly co-ed) bathrooms in the hallways, and some dorm rooms are not air-conditioned. If you reserve more than one bed, they may not be in the same room.

Please let us know if you have any physical limitations. Our dorms are old and many have single steps in hallways, or bathrooms with tubs or showers but not both. To assign you to the correct room, we must know if you have any limitations.

Dorm price is per person, not per room.
