1. Set goals.
The first step in your search is to establish clear goals with criteria. Consider the following questions: What career fields are you interested in? What do you want to learn? What types of organizations are you interested in working for? Where do you want to work?
2. Find opportunities.
Positions are posted throughout the year, but there are trends that vary depending on the field. Meet with a career counselor to discuss a tailored approach to your interests. Additionally, Career Engagement has an extensive database of resources to help you find what you are looking for.
