Christina Giannini | Director of Operations and Risk Reporting

Christina joined Bryn Mawr’s Investment Office in May 2025. She oversees back-office operations and leads mid-office risk reporting, operational workflows, and data systems, and partners closely with the CIO on portfolio risk analytics. Previously, Christina served as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Voya Investment Management, supporting small-cap equity strategies through quantitative and fundamental analysis, portfolio construction, and performance and risk oversight. Christina is a CFA charterholder and earned a BS in Accounting from SUNY Albany. A native New Yorker, Christina now resides in Stamford, Connecticut, where she enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring local food spots, and staying active outdoors.

Brooke H. Jones | Vice President and Chief Investment Officer

Brooke is the Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Bryn Mawr College and is responsible for oversight of the endowment. She also serves on boards for the Doris Duke Foundation, MITIMCo, CBI/Springboard (a family office and private foundation), the Brooklyn Public Library, and The Baupost Group. Brooke mentors for Accel-CIO, supporting diverse talent in CIO roles. She holds an MBA from Stanford and dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children and enjoys running and cooking.

Gene Kim | Managing Director, Investments

Gene joined Bryn Mawr’s Investment Office in May 2021. He leads the Endowment’s Marketables effort, overseeing public equity and liquid diversifying exposures. Prior career experience includes stops at Adakin Capital, PRINCo, and Behrman Capital. Gene took a 9-month career break in his 20s to study Korean at Yonsei University in Seoul. He holds an AB in Economics from Princeton and is a CFA charterholder. After 15 years in NYC, Gene returned to his home state of New Jersey with his wife to raise their two children and has discovered the joys of cooking and home maintenance.

Clayton Okaly | Senior Project Manager

Clayton joined Bryn Mawr’s Investment Office in April 2023. He leads the office’s administration, investment research operations, community building, and other special projects, both with Bryn Mawr’s campus and further abroad. Clayton comes from over a decade-long career in the performing arts, arts administration, nonprofits organizations, as well as teaching yoga. Clayton is also a visual artist and quiltmaker whose work has been exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum in New York, as well a bit closer to Bryn Mawr’s campus at the Mainline Arts Center in Haverford, PA.

Brennan Saul | Investment Associate

Clayton joined Bryn Mawr’s Investment Office in April 2023. Ashini G. Srivastava | Associate Director, Investments

Ashini joined Bryn Mawr’s Investment Office in May 2024. She focuses primarily on private investments exposures, with leadership in buyout, growth equity, and venture capital. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at MLC Asset Management in Australia, specializing in private equity and co-investments in North America and Europe. She also worked at Aksia, conducting due diligence across alternative investments. Ashini holds a BA in Applied Economics from Cornell and is a CFA charterholder. She enjoys spending time with her puppy and playing the veena.

Grace Vlaha | Operations Analyst

Grace joined Bryn Mawr’s Investment Office in May 2023. She leads data integrity, performance reporting, and systems development (RMS and IBOR). Her role recently expanded to helping monitor existing manager relationships in the Endowment's Marketables portfolio. Previously, she was an Investment Analyst at a NYC-based Family Foundation, focusing on the Consumer/Retail sector. She graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Business Management from The King’s College. Outside of work, Grace co-chairs the NYC Endowment & Foundation Analyst Network, is a 200-hour certified and registered yoga teacher, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and running.
