Development Officer/Senior Development Officer

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a Development Officer/Senior Development Officer.

Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, the Development or Senior Development Officer is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of a portfolio of approximately 150 individual donors and prospects with the capacity to make gifts of $100,000 or more. The position is a vital part of the Alumnae Relations & Development team and will help ensure the success of the College’s comprehensive fundraising goals.

Bachelor’s degree required along with prior experience in major gift fundraising, with proven experience soliciting gifts of $50,000+, preferably in an institution of higher education. Will be required to travel domestically, including transportation by air, train, car. Must have a driver’s license and be willing to drive. Some nights and weekends are required.

Salary and title are commensurate with experience.
