Senior Assistant Director of Admissions & Coordinator for Access and Equity

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions & Coordinator for Access and Equity.

 

THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions & Coordinator for Access and Equity provides critical and strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and assessing outreach and recruitment efforts for academically talented students from under-resourced and underrepresented communities, and is the College’s major point of contact for transfer students. This position serves as the primary point person with campus-wide student services offices and affinity groups in the Bryn Mawr Community who support students from these communities. This position will also represent the Office of Admissions and the College with professional organizations and partnerships throughout the country that work specifically with access and equity issues.
 

The Senior Assistant Director & Coordinator for Access and Equity works with colleagues to host community-based organizations at the College and cultivates relationships with new and current community college partners.

The Senior Assistant Director & Coordinator for Access and Equity collaborates with the Dean of Undergraduate Admissions for territory management and admissions recruitment responsibilities.

The position is a full-time exempt position.

Bachelor’s degree required with one year of admissions experience in a postsecondary setting.
