Administrative Assistant in the Office of Field Education at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research


The Administrative Assistant performs program coordination and administrative support to the Field Education office and works as part of the administrative support team at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research (GSSWSR).

Will be the primary user of Sonia (CRM database management system); perform maintenance, data entry, run reports. Provides administrative support at the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Field Education.  Manages student records, oversees the calendar, organizes events, administers Moodle pages.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of administrative support and CRM/database experience. Work experience in an academic environment. Strong writing and editing skills. Advanced organizational skills. Must have excellent customer service skills to engage with students, faculty, staff, and agency personnel in the Field Placement process. High level of proficiency in MS Office, database software, and CRM.
