Peer Mentors

Peer Mentors are trained to help their fellow students identify and implement techniques for more effective learning. These techniques include developing strategic study routines, effective time management skills and note-taking, to mention a few. Additionally, Peer Mentors may advise students about seeking help from an instructor, analyzing a course syllabus or texts, course planning and selection, working in a study group and utilizing Bryn Mawr’s many resources.

Students can visit their peer mentor(s) during weekly office hours, in a scheduled appointment or by coming to one of the over 40 mentor workshops offered each year in the dorms.  Please check out the Peer Mentoring Services website to find out more about Peer Mentoring, the mentors, resources, events and walk-in hours.
