Institutional Positioning Guide

Institutional positioning is about a big idea, not just graphics and colors.

Our institutional positioning work is a verbal and visual representation of the Bryn Mawr College story— what we do and what sets us apart.

These guidelines, launched in December 2024, highlight Bryn Mawr's unwavering commitment to academic excellence and unique campus culture and values. They also include guidance on applying visual and verbal positioning standards to a range of content and for all externally facing communications and marketing materials. 

We have integrated the findings from our 2023-24 research phase and data from market research to develop a powerful positioning platform that will lay the foundation for effective, engaging, aspirational, and authentic communication efforts in the future.
