Biography
Dr. Frank began working in the Counseling Service in 2018. Having lived and gone to medical school in New York City, she did her psychiatry residency in Philadelphia at Jefferson. She has studied dance and karate and, for the last 15 years, practices tai chi. She enjoys reading, writing poetry, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and museums.
