Engage your interests. Become the change we need.
Civic Engagement collaborates with community-based organizations to prepare students to be socially responsible leaders and citizens through purposeful action, reflection, and learning. We run a wide variety of programs that include providing direct service and opportunities to reflect on that service inside and outside of a classroom setting.

Constitution Day, observed annually on September 17, celebrates the official signing of the U.S. Constitution, which took place on that day in 1787. Join the Career & Civic Engagement Center in commemorating this day by participating in events both on and off campus.
Volunteer on Your Own
Students wishing to volunteer on their own can ask us for recommendations of organizations to contact and can receive reimbursement (50%) for their travel expenses.
