Sales tax exemption forms can be used to make sales tax free purchases on behalf of the College that are ordinary, necessary, and directly related to your job duties.
When making a purchase in one of the states listed below, please present the sales tax exempt form to the vendor at the time of purchase.
Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate
- Download form to your desktop and save or print.
- Enter the Name Of Vendor, Street, City, State, and Zip Code.
- Sign and date the form before providing it to the vendor.

Florida Consumer's Certificate of Exemption
Maryland Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate
- Download form to your desktop and save or print.
- In Part 2, enter Agent’s name (your name), your Title, Todays Date. Sign once printed.
- In Part 3, enter Vendor’s name.
- Download form to your desktop and save or print.
- Enter Name of Vendor, and Address of Vendor.
New York Exempt Organization Certificate
