Off-Campus Access
Library databases, e-books, and online journals
Network files and campus resources
EZ-Proxy allows current Bryn Mawr students, faculty, and staff to access subscription library databases, e-books and online journals from off campus
The VPN (Pulse Secure) allows BMC users to access their home directory and other network drives when off campus
Help Using EZ-Proxy:
If you're having problems:
- EZProxy won't work with the VPN. If you're using the Pulse Secure app to connect to the VPN; you'll have to log out before using EZProxy
- If you use Xfinity with Advanced Security Center, you may see an SSL error. You may need to disable advanced security settings or deactivate "Protected browsing."
- Try accessing the link on your cell phone or mobile device using your data plan, not wifi.

This button allows you to go directly to the Bryn Mawr-subscribed version of a resource (e.g., a journal website or article you found in a Google search) by logging in to the proxy server. To use it, drag the button above to your browser's bookmarks toolbar (like your bookmark bar in Chrome). Then, just click it any time you want to access your current page through the proxy server, and you'll be prompted to log in to the proxy server. If the library does not subscribe to the resource and you can't access it, check Tripod (we might have access to the same content through another site).
