Begun with five gifts in memory of Christine Brown Penniman, Class of 1914. "These gifts represent a special project of Baltimore Alumnae for Bryn Mawr at the Tenth Decade Campaign… Mrs. Penniman was greatly beloved and respected in Baltimore and there is reason to believe that several younger members of her family, as well as Alumnae in the Baltimore area, will contribute to this fund in her memory."
