Navigating the complexities of college simultaneous to balancing comprehensive wellness is a challenge. To ensure student success, Bryn Mawr has committed to effectively serve and support the whole student, both in and outside of the classroom, to find that balance. We want our students to thrive academically while also feeling fulfilled in all other aspects of their lives at and beyond the college. Through advising, programming, and mentorship, our student success team is dedicated to supporting them in their holistic journey.
Academic Information and Reminders
- April 1: Sophomore Plan CONNECT & REFLECT Workshop
- April 2: Online Tri-Co Philly Student Info Session for Fall 2026. Learn more & register.
- April 3: Last day to declare Cr/NC for second quarter courses (5 pm).
- April 5: Deadline to apply for Fall 2026 Tri-Co Philly Program. Apply.
- April 6-17: Class Registration for Fall 2026.
- April 8: Withdrawal deadline for 2nd academic quarter courses.
- April 12: Sophomore Handshake resume upload deadline.
- April 22: Sophomore Major Declaration Celebration
- April 29: Last day of classes at the University of Pennsylvania (Exams May 4-12).
Course registration for the Fall 2026 semester will take place April 6 to April 14. Drop in hours are available everyday to assist you with your course selection and answer questions. Please check-in when you arrive.

Registering for courses at Swarthmore or the University of Pennsylvania
The final Swim Test sessions of the year will be on April 17 and April 23. Please note that the test will begin at the time indicated. Please arrive earlier than the scheduled time so you can check in and prepare for the test. Don't forget your BMC ID! Click here for information about the Swim Test.
The Class Deans hold drop-in hours in Guild from 3-4pm Monday through Thursday. If you need assistance please come to Guild to meet with a Class Dean!
Refer a Student of Concern
If you’re concerned about a student, please utilize this Student of Concern referral form to make a report. Students, staff, faculty, and community members are able to make a referral. Once a referral is made, Student Support Services and/or the appropriate Class Dean will complete outreach to the referred student and invite them to meet in-person, over zoom, or via phone to discuss concerns, resources, and actions to address needs.
