Party Host Training
Before you throw a party at Bryn Mawr, you should become familiar with the College's Party Policy. All parties (wet and dry) in a dorm space require completion of a Party Notification Form. Prior to having a Party Notification Form approved, you must attend one of the host training sessions listed below.
Party Training is an online course. When a Party/Event Form is submitted those who are not Party Trained will be emailed and added to the course module on Moodle. Those students then have 24 hours to complete the course and successfully pass the quiz. It is important for all Party/Event Forms to be submitted complete and on time in order to allow potential Hosts, Servers, and Bouncers to complete the required Party Training module.

Party Forms are due no later than 9 a.m. the Tuesday prior to the party. Forms can be dropped off on Monday in Guild OR dropped in the Student Activities after hours bin in the Campus Center.
