Equipment

The College is happy to provide equipment (such as tables or chairs) for your event. You may request equipment when submitting your space request. If the equipment or set up requirements are complicated, we ask that you contact the Conferences and Events Office directly to discuss.

Available Equipment

• Tables:  8' long by 30" wide, folding and/or 60" round, folding
• Chairs: White plastic folding
• Easels: Gold three-legged (not suitable for framed items)
• Flip chart stands: Dry erase or with pad of paper
• Coat Rack
• Trash Can
• Stage: 9 sections, each 8'x4'—can only be used in Great Hall
