Students have access to their final grades, class schedules, transcripts, and biographical information electronically through BIONIC. In compliance with US Federal Law, only students have access to their records once they begin college. There isn’t a “Parent Portal” comparable to secondary schools. Unlike in secondary schools, the way students receive assignment grades varies from course to course. The Registrar's Office only records the final grade in BIONIC, due at the end of the semester. Our expectation is that families will have conversations about sharing grades and academic progress throughout the semester.
The Registrar's Office services/responsibilities include:
- Verifying Enrollment and Degrees
- 5-Year Academic Calendar
- Awarding Test Credits (AP, IB and A-Levels)
- Evaluating Transfer Credits
- Diploma Reorders
