Live Event Health and Safety Policies

Arts at Bryn Mawr health and safety policies for live, in-person events in the 2023-2024 season are part of the College’s strategies to limit the spread of COVID-19. Visit the Bryn Mawr COVID Response page for more details and check back here for event policy updates.

Vaccines

The College recommends audience members be fully vaccinated and has implemented COVID-19 vaccine requirements for faculty and staff and students.

Masks

All audience members and staff must wear appropriate masks.

Social Distancing

Ticketing, check-in, and seating processes will be designed to maintain social distancing wherever possible; however, socially distant seating may not be available in all venues.

Stay Home if Experiencing Symptoms

Audience members experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, must refrain from attending events.

Accessibility

To request socially distant seating or any other accommodation for health reasons, please contact the Arts at Bryn Mawr at reservations@brynmawr.edu as early as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests.

Voluntary Risk

Arts at Bryn Mawr events will bring together people from multiple households. The risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or large gathering. If you are especially vulnerable, please take this into consideration when deciding whether to attend. By attending events at Arts at Bryn Mawr you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

These policies were developed in consultation with members of the Bryn Mawr COVID-19 Operations Planning Group. The College will continue its commitment to the health and safety of the community. Arts at Bryn Mawr policies and practices may change in response to guidance from the College, so please check back regularly for the most up-to-date information.
