Questions About Study Abroad? Come to Spring 2026 Study Abroad Student Coordinator Walk-In Hours!

Monday: 1pm to 3pm

Tuesday: 9am to 11am, 2pm to 4pm

Wednesday: 12pm to 4pm

Thursday: 2pm to 4pm

Friday: 12pm to 2pm, 3pm to 5pm

(note: due to building maintenance, SASC walk-in hours will not be held on Wednesday, 12/10. However, students will still be able to attend Sophomore Plan drop-ins virtually from 3-4pm)

Emergency Assistance

If you are a Bryn Mawr student currently abroad, and you need emergency assistance during business hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST), please call the Bryn Mawr Undergraduate Dean's Office at 610-526-5375; if you need emergency assistance after business hours (Monday-Friday 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. EST, all day on Saturday and Sunday), please call Bryn Mawr Campus Safety at 610-526-7911.
