Welcome to Payroll. Throughout the year our primary responsibilities and duties are related to processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes, and preparation of forms W-2 and 1042-S. We are available to assist you with general questions about payroll taxes, time reporting, direct deposit, and pay schedules.
Payroll is located in the Pagoda Building (between the Cartref Building and the Health Center). When our office is closed, the locked mailbox to the left of the front door can be used to submit time sheets and other payroll related forms.
NOTE: This locked mailbox can also be used to submit communications to the college news.
Upcoming Events & Dates of Significance:
College holidays, Monday, December 25, 2017 through Thursday, December 28, 2017 will be reported for the pay period of 12/15/17-12/28/17 with a pay date of 1/5/18. However, since Winter Break begins on Monday, December 25, 2017, biweekly staff will be required to forecast their hours and to remit their time sheets to the Payroll Office by noon on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Any adjustments to forecasted hours will be administered on the next biweekly staff payroll on pay date 1/19/18.
The remaining College holidays, Friday, December 29, 2017 through Tuesday, January 2, 2018 will be reported for the pay period of 12/29/17-1/11/18 with a pay date of 1/19/18. Biweekly staff time sheets for this pay period will need to be remitted to the Payroll Office by noon on Friday, January 12, 2018.
Staff who have been approved to work on the holiday need to indicate worked hours for the holiday using earnings code: HLW (with time worked in and out). Scheduled hours for the holiday, for those eligible for holiday pay, should be indicated using earnings code: HOL (without time in or out) and should equal the staff member's normal scheduled hours for the day.
