Welcome to Payroll! Throughout the year our primary responsibilities and duties are related to processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes, and preparation of forms W-2 and 1042-S. We are available to assist you with general questions about payroll taxes, time reporting, and pay schedules.
Payroll is located in the Gateway Building, 3rd floor.
Upcoming Events and Dates of Significance:
The next College Holiday will be Memorial Day-Monday, May 26th. The pay period for reporting Memorial Day is 5/22/2026-6/4/2026.
PLEASE NOTE: All time entry must be submitted in Workday starting with the 12/19/25-1/1/26 pay period for staff, and the 12/10/25-12/23/25 pay period for students. Paper timesheets and forms will no longer be accepted past these dates.
