Payroll

Welcome to Payroll. Throughout the year our primary responsibilities and duties are related to processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes, and preparation of forms W-2 and 1042-S. We are available to assist you with general questions about payroll taxes, time reporting, and pay schedules.

Payroll is located in the Gateway Building, 3rd floor.


Upcoming Events and Dates of Significance:

The next College Holiday will be Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Thanksgiving Day.  This holiday will be reported for the pay period of November 11, 2023 through November 23, 2023 with a pay date of December 1, 2023.  Timesheets for this pay period are due by noon in the Gateway Building on Wednesday November 22, 2023.  Employees will need to forecast their hours for 11/22 and 11/23 due to the holiday!  Any changes can be reported on the next biweekly payroll period by submitting a "corrected" time sheet. Please write "corrected" on the time sheet.

Staff who have been approved to work on the holiday need to indicate worked hours for the holiday using earnings code: HLW (with time worked in and out).

Scheduled hours for the holiday, for those eligible for holiday pay, should be indicated using earnings code: HOL (without time in or out) and should equal the staff member's normal scheduled hours for the day. 

The next College Holiday will be Friday, November 24, 2023 - Day after Thanksgiving.  This holiday will be reported for the pay period of November 24, 2023 through December 7, 2023 with a pay date of December 15, 2023.  Timesheets for this pay period are due by noon in the Gateway Building on Friday, December 8, 2023.
